If you are an entity without a compliance program in place, I can work with you to develop one, as well as setup processes for long-term management of the program. If you have issues with existing compliance programs, we can work to strengthen and improve.

Accreditation (e.g., Joint Commission, URAC, ACHC, Departments of Health, Departments of Pharmacy, etc.)

If you are looking to gain accreditation, I can work with you through the detailed survey process. If you’ve lost accreditation, we work to get you back on track with specific action plans. 

Contract drafting, review and negotiating and development of contract management services

This includes employee contracts, outsourcing contracts and contracts for your service providers such as supply chain managers, contractors, architects, drug wholesale vendors, etc. I have experience with contracts in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to the billion-dollar range. By assessing your current systems, we work to create a centralized hub of where contracts are housed and submitted. This system of checks and balances allows for a more effective process overall.

This ties into everything, from creating a faster ER check-in system to creating better billing procedures. By standardizing processes, we work to prevent errors, eliminate duplicate steps and build better care for patients.

340B Drug Program

Offer expertise and advisement on the 340B Drug Program implementation, growth, optimization, compliance aspects and increased revenues customized to needs. In addition, perform on-site independent audits of systems that have these programs in place to help identify weak points in the program compliance and help close compliance gaps. Mitigate down any compliance issues and serve as an on-site resource for government and drug manufacturer audits. Experienced running these programs for over 5 years and presenting as a keynote speaker on this topic in July 2020.
